I would also love for you to keep all of the information I have sent through for you and continue to read over it and redo the tasks. Unfortunately a lot of us have not felt self-love in a really long time so you may not completely reverse that in 6 weeks, if you continue to apply what you have learnt though I hope that you will realize that you are amazing just how you are and you deserve love!
