Britt is an amazing personal trainer ! I've had a few over the years and she is the best that I've ever had - she listens to your specific goals and has a wealth of knowledge about nutrition as well which has made a huge difference. She is super friendly but also keeps you focused on meeting your goals. Recommended !!

Britt turns up every week without fail and makes sure my husband and I work hard! People with little time, people with kids/babies, working professionals.. as everything can be adapted to your lifestyle and with such a wonderful supportive trainer questions are always acknowledged and answered within a very small timeframe.

Britt was so educating, patient and helpful. I got all the information I needed plus more. I did the 4 weeks and then decided to do another 4 weeks. I took my photos weekly and measurements too and I loved the results and the changes I made (physically and mentally), I lost about 26cm and about 5kg total.
