Britt was so educating, patient and helpful. I got all the information I needed plus more. I did the 4 weeks and then decided to do another 4 weeks. I took my photos weekly and measurements too and I loved the results and the changes I made (physically and mentally), I lost about 26cm and about 5kg total. I learnt so much about healthy eating and how our bodies work. Thanks so much Britt. I would have no issues referring Britt to family or friends.
